Where can my Jim Pattison Lease Fleet card be used to purchase fuel?
Your Jim Pattison Lease Fleet card will be accepted at the following fuel vendors:

Will I need a PIN to purchase fuel?
A card-specific four-digit PIN and your vehicle’s current odometer reading are required to purchase fuel at Esso, Mobil, Shell, Flying J, Husky, Petro Canada, Pioneer, Canadian Tire, Chevron and Fas Gas fuel locations.
Some fuel locations will prompt for “Driver ID or Driver Number” this is when your PIN should be entered.
Can I pay at the pump with my Jim Pattison Lease Fleet card?
Pay-at-the-pump is available at Esso, Mobil, Fas Gas, Chevron, Federated, Tempo, Shell, Flying J, Husky, Mohawk and Petro Canada locations. All fuel vendors have specific limits set up for pay-at-the-pump transactions, if you need to purchase fuel above this limit, you can make multiple transactions or pay inside at the kiosk.
Current pay-at-the-pump limits are as follows:
- Petro Canada – $300 per transaction
- Esso – $250 per transaction
- Mobil Pay – $250 per transaction
- Shell/Flying J – $250 per transaction
- Husky – $150 per transaction
- Mohawk – $150 per transaction
- Federated Co-op – $400 per transaction
- Tempo – $150 per transaction
- Fas Gas – $150 per transaction
- Chevron – $150 per transaction
Please note that some of the pumps have a default fill amount that is lower than the above limits, in this case, you would need to select “Other Amount” and enter the desired amount.
Why is my Jim Pattison Lease Fleet card being declined for fuel purchases?
Common reasons for a card decline are:
- An attempt to purchase non-automotive products will decline the full transaction. Purchases are restricted to automotive-related products only.
- Washer Fluid declined: Please ask the attendant to put it through as Automotive Merchandise instead of General Merchandise.
- An incorrect PIN has been entered. Please ensure that you enter your correct PIN. Several failed PIN attempts will lock your card at that specific fuel vendor for 24 hours.
- Your card is inactive. Ensure that your card is not expired or that it has not been replaced recently.
If none of the scenarios above apply, send the following information to your Fleet Administrator in order for us to follow up on the decline reason.
- Card number
- Supplier name and address (including city)
- Location of attempted payment (inside or pump)
- Items purchased
- Error message received (including time and date of decline)

What types of maintenance can be purchased with my Jim Pattison Lease Fleet card?

You are able to purchase preventive maintenance, repairs, oil, washes, tires, rental vehicles and automotive-related products such as washer fluid, etc. You are authorized to approve purchases up to the maintenance limit embossed on your card, anything over that limit will require authorization, the vendor performing this maintenance will call the number on the back of the card to obtain the required authorization.

How does the Jim Pattison Lease Fleet card work for payment of maintenance services?
Book an appointment and/or proceed to one of our preferred vendors. Present your fleet card upon arrival. Any maintenance above the limit embossed on your card will require authorization from a Jim Pattison Lease Vehicle Maintenance Technician; the vendor performing this maintenance will call the number on the back of the card to obtain the authorization.
Vendors will perform approved services and send the invoice to Jim Pattison Lease for payment. Should you wish to have work completed after hours or on the weekend, please call Jim Pattison Lease, 1-877-454-3111, in advance for authorization.
Why won’t my Jim Pattison Lease Fleet card swipe through a POS system (credit card machine) for my maintenance purchase?
For maintenance purchases, your fleet card will not swipe through any POS system. It is used as an identity card. The vendor needs to follow the appropriate authorization procedures and send completed invoices to Jim Pattison Lease.

Which schedule should I follow for service on my vehicle?
We recommend that you follow your manufacturer’s recommended maintenance schedule. Information about the scheduled maintenance for your vehicle can be found in your driver’s manual or on the manufacturer’s website.

Severe Duty Service – Under the following conditions, have engine oil changed every 5,000 km: mountainous terrain, temperatures consistently below freezing, extremely hot weather, exclusive city driving, trailer towing, or frequent driving in dusty conditions.

How do I arrange a Roadside Assistance service?
If your vehicle is under warranty, please call your manufacturer’s Roadside Assistance (See below for links to manufacturer’s Roadside Assistance websites).
If your vehicle is outside the manufacturer’s warranty or are unsure about the warranty on your vehicle, please call 1-877-454-3111 and select the prompt for Roadside Assistance.
What information will I need to provide the Roadside Assistance provider?
You will be prompted to enter your fleet card number and a mobile number you can be reached. If you do not have a card number or mobile phone number you can always make a selection to speak directly to a representative, you will need a vehicle identifier, such as your VIN, to identify your vehicle.
